At Ethos Wear (www.ethoswearusa.com), your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with applicable United States consumer protection laws.

1. Returns & Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at: info@ethoswearusa.com.

  • Return Shipping Costs: These are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. In such cases, Ethos Wear will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Contact us before 8:00 PM (EST) if you wish to modify your order before it is processed.

2. Consumer Rights Notice (USA)

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable United States federal and state consumer protection legislation. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is defective, unsafe, significantly different from the description, or not of acceptable quality.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition, except where necessary for inspection.
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Note: If items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete beyond reasonable inspection, a partial refund or deduction for loss of value may be applied where permitted by law.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

IMPORTANT ADDRESS NOTICE: Our registered business address in Buffalo, WY, is NOT a return address. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be received or processed. All returns must be approved by customer service to receive the correct return instructions and international fulfillment center address.

5. Responsibility & Logistics

We ship from our international fulfillment centers to provide you with the best prices. Ethos Wear is not responsible for delays or damage that occur during return shipping. We encourage customers to use a trackable postal service. Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery and report any issues promptly to info@ethoswearusa.com.
